Rates Maximum booking length is 28 nights.
14th December - 27th January:There is a $50 surcharge for stays shorter than 2 nights. Linen (including towels) is provided free. $300 per night for one couple. 28th January - 30th April: $220 per night for one couple. 1st May - 31st August: $200 per night for one couple.
$35 per night per each extra person. 1st September - 13th December: $220 per night for one couple.
Infants (aged under 3 years) are free of charge. A cot can
also
be provided free of charge. Special deals Preferred Payment EFT (Electronic Funds
Transfer)
Paypal Credit Card Cash on arrival Terms and Conditions We require a $200 deposit to secure the booking dates. Full payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled
prior to 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the deposit.
Cancellations within
30 days will incur a fee of 75% the total payment.
Cancellations within
7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All cancellation fees will be held in credit for 6 months for use on
mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability.Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be arranged directly with us. |
